Join LAI San Diego for a conversation about one of the region’s most significant redevelopment efforts: the transformation of the former Qualcomm Stadium site in Mission Valley into a dynamic mixed-use district centered around education, housing, athletics, innovation and community life.
The program will explore the vision, partnerships and implementation behind SDSU Mission Valley, including the role of Snapdragon Stadium as an anchor for activity and identity, the creation of new housing opportunities and the long-term potential for the site to serve students, residents, visitors and the broader San Diego region.
This discussion will offer an inside look at how SDSU West is reshaping Mission Valley and advancing a new model for integrated campus, residential and civic development in the heart of San Diego.

Citrus Bay Project Tour
We're partnering with ULI San Diego-Tijuana and paying a visit to Chula Vista's newest residential community Citrus Bay, which is an adaptive reuse of a former Sears location. Developed by CalWest, Citrus Bay is nestled between the San Diego Bay and foothills of the coastal mountain range. Attendees will join a guided tour of the property before regrouping for a casual social mixer with their fellow guests.
Space is limited so register soon!

Life Sciences Reimagined: Outlook, Opportunity and Adaptive Reuse
🧬 Life Sciences Reimagined: Outlook, Opportunity and Adaptive Reuse
After years of rapid expansion, the life sciences sector is entering a new phase shaped by evolving capital markets, changing tenant demand and a growing focus on operational efficiency. While innovation remains strong, many markets are now confronting new questions around vacancy, absorption and the future of specialized space.
Join Lambda Alpha International San Diego for a timely discussion on the current state of the life sciences industry, where the market may be headed and how owners, investors and public agencies are responding.
Panelists will explore the outlook for San Diego’s life sciences ecosystem, trends influencing leasing and investment activity, and the emerging role of adaptive reuse for underutilized properties. From repositioning existing assets to identifying new demand drivers, this conversation will examine how today’s challenges may create tomorrow’s opportunities.
Whether you work in development, brokerage, investment, planning or the life sciences sector itself, this program will offer valuable insight into one of the region’s most important industries.
